5 stars: It used to be fun and exciting but now it is costly. Alot harder to win games. Not as many perks through out the game. Team mates quitting after they had been playing for a year or so because of the changes. I know it's just a game but come on enough is enough. I am not rich i just want to play and relax not break my bank. Please give ppl a break. It's fun but getting very to where it's not as fun anymore.
4 stars: I love the game would have given 5 stars except that it does not connect to Wi-Fi even though nothing is wrong with my Wi-Fi. Very irritating and happens most often when I am watching ads to get points. It'll say \
5 stars: I recently had a very important issue regarding game play. Customer Service went far beyond expectations to resolve this issue. They were incredibly patient and courteous and helped me immensely. Overall my experience was amazing and I'm very appreciative. Game play is exceptional!! I've been playing for years. One of my very favorite games! Lots of fun!
3 stars: It's a fun time wasting game but they really need to fix the currency (amount earned vs. Lost). I can spend countless amount of coins to play a level I'm stuck on but I will make 2000 tops for completing the level and you get 1000 max at a time for free. Feels like you're trying to back players into spending real cash. And it's a real kick in the balls when I lose a level consistantly that I had no control over because I had bad luck.
