4 stars: Doesn't even have basic functionality working correctly. I have a lot of vouchers in my account, but when I want to place an order; the app doesn't allow me to select which voucher I want to use, and applies them on its own so I always have to spend much more money than the order amount. The same issue has been present for more than 6 months, still unfixed. The worst food delivery app I've ever used.
3 stars: Works fine. Buuuut if a paiment fails, there is no way to re-try the paiement. Worse, the order is lost. It has do be redone completely. And that's really a weakness as paiements aren't always going through. To be re-considered. The reste of the app is working fine.
3 stars: Not a bad service, but find it very silly you can't select vouchers you want to use. I have vouchers I want to use before they expire, however have to use most recently activated one. I will take my business elsewhere, not worth the hassle.
3 stars: Good app overall, but we have issues in changing the payment card (I had to pay with a foreign card that was already saved)... Please, Deliveroo Team, tell us how to deal with this issue because it also happened to my partner's account.
