4 stars: Main App is alright... Disappointed that Restaurants are able to assign ridiculous delivery fees, and set prices higher than in-store! I've actually seen a £1 marked bag of Chocolate listed for £3.10! that's ridiculous. Some places have £8 delivery charges and they're less than 3 miles away! Deliveroo need restrictions. also, Deliveroo Plus is ridiculously expensive for what you receive... It's up to you though.
5 stars: Great app and have been using it for quite a while now. Just had a delivery and it was earlier than expected, and it was 10.30pm. You can get some good deals aswell, I just got free delivery and 20% off 👍. Had a problem about a month ago and was sent the wrong food, but was refunded straight away, and what they sent was actually pretty good so I didn't go hungry.
5 stars: Absolutely brilliant food app! Likely the best I've ever used, and I've used a good few of them! There are plenty of deals and you don't have to pay a bomb for delivery (I'm looking at YOU Uber Eats!) The best service I've ever had in the food delivery market.
3 stars: Really like this App, BUT recently the number of restaurants available to order from has drastically been reduced. Not just a couple, but seems like over 50% of them. Basically Only left with pizza, Indian, and noodles. These are ones I have ordered from in the past. I assume they have rezoned delivery areas. Just means I use other delivery apps now. Very disappointed.
