4 stars: Maybe a developer can help me out here, but my app isn't updating whenever I receive a text. Someone texted me around 11:30 and I've opened the app once or twice to never see it. However, when I drag down to refresh, the text message shows. That means I literally have to refresh a lot to know when I receive a text message. This has happened to me three times since hangouts and voice got unintergrated.
4 stars: Great service, I've been using it for years to have my phone number work across numerous devices. Lost a star because it used to allow me to use Hangouts for texts, and now it has lost that ability and has not replaced it with any other dedicated messaging app. Idealy it would integrate with built in messaging apps like Google Messages.
4 stars: I really like this for my work as a therapist. it allows me to make phone calls and text messages from my same cell phone but with a different line number so I know what to differentiate for my clients and my personal life. However, I do get upset that I can't separate the Google voice contacts from my regular contacts.

Tried different ways to use it by calling it, calling from it, using my own vm msg, texting \u0026 things you do with a phone. So far so good. I just wish you could change the phone #.
