4 stars: Last week it just stopped working in my 2017 Santa fe. I've tried reinstalling it several times but no luck. Did a lot of research and found out that you need the best USB cable available, a class 5 (?) . Bought one through Amazon and it worked beautifully. So far no more stoppages. Too bad android auto doesn't tell us these things. Otherwise it seems to be a very good assistance while traveling.
3 stars: It's always a challenge to get it fully connected and working right! I do like that I can text and play my amazon music playlist. I can only access the playlist from the voice prompt. If I touch the screen, I can't access it. What a pain! Could really just be my moto g7 play phone. I don't know. I am gonna breakdown and upgrade my phone to a better model. Looking at the Google Pixel 4a. Heard it's a decent phone and not a $1,000 one!
4 stars: When this works, it's phenomenal. Like better than I'd even ask for it to be. When it doesn't, it feels useless. Glitches and random problems pop up almost every two weeks but when it works as planned, it's hard to imagine a better in-car app. It also gets frequent updates that add cool features, which likely is the source of all the bugs, but the updates are valuable enough to still seem worth it.
