3 stars: I rated this app 5 stars before, satisfying experience with past transactions. But due to latest experience with live chat, have to deduct 2 stars. The bot is so stupid that you feel like ripping your own hair, and then when you get to chat live with the so called human later, they didn't really differ from the bot.

4 stars: Sometimes showing connection error when it should be sever maintenance notice or something, my connection always normal, just show that your server has problem and need some time to fix not showing connection problem or account problem, overall the app is good
4 stars: Wish they had a english option for the app instead of bahasa. Also in the update i lost my heart icon and my bell icon so quick check on my orders. I liked the ability to see progress from waiting for shop to confirm to accepted to delivery to approval but now its gone so sad.
