4 stars: The tech was very friendly and professional, as far as the system I love the equipment that came in the starter kit. I'm looking forward to doing some upgrades in the near future. The only issue I had was I got different quotes concerning the three months payment, and afterwards the the monthly installments plus mentoring. Besides that I am pretty much satisfied.
3 stars: The app is not user friendly. You have to search and search and search for options, then when you do find what you are looking for, you can't remember how you got there. There is no single button in the options menu to turn off notifications. When I set a schedule it doesn't matter, I still get notifications when I don't want them. The security system is working, but the app is really pissing me off.
5 stars: I love Vivint Smart Home It gives you two choices using the panel on the wall or the app Using the app on the phone, you can set or disarm all with one touch It's great that I can disarm before I get out my vehicle which makes it easier carrying groceries. It also allows you to see who rang your doorbell and you can talk to the person without going to the door. This is a great app and recommend it.
