5 stars: Very usefull app to find properties to buy, sell or even to rent. The map navigation is excellent and easy to locate what you're lookin g for.
3 stars: Pretty, but three problems: 1. The share button only allows sharing by email. Why can't I send the link to family and friends like every other app? Very weird. 2. Hitting the back button while browsing a list of homes clears your search. Definitely not the behaviour I want because it, again, doesn't behave like any other app. Just close the list. 3. 3 stars: App works but needs improvement. Doesn't have simple details from the website, like taxes, so you need to check the site after adding houses to favorites to see some details that would be easy to add to the app. Filtering also seems to omit things that meet the criteria, so you need to keep filters to a minimum or miss a lot that should be included in the filter.
3 stars: OK, but not good enough. Site should have better features to allow you to filter search for a specific size/sq ft range or minimum, specific city/town lot size sq ft range/ minimum - under 1 acre filter is useless for the majority of properties. You should be able to search for comparable sales on properties you are interested in, and to see sale prices on listings after they sell.
