4 stars: Actually its better than a lot of apps i used and with this internet payment method its just great. But they got a bug it happened to me like several times. When i want to share a picture in a conversation by taking it using the app option, it won't load until i took a second picture and it too, or it will appear a long time after during the conversation. I should have given 5 stars other wise.
3 stars: Hi,,I have never given bad ratings to apps, but this is the first time I'm frustrated, I've just downloaded this app and immediately I'm done registering, I'm told I'm banned for violation of whatever that was, I mean I've not even gotten the chance to add my friends and I'm already banned, why is that?,,. As a new customer, I'm utterly disappointed. Please fix this problem to your users soon. Thank you

4 stars: I love using Kakao for my main communication app, but sometimes my chats get deleted. It worries me because when I would see the grey line in a chat, it said some of my messages disappeared. I wish something could be done about this. Other than that, I will continue to use Kakao :)
