5 stars: It's so easy to find everything you want, plus things you didnt know you wanted! The quality of their makeup is incredible. This app makes your shopping experience perfection. It tells you how to get beauty points, how many points you have and how best to spend them on wonderful gifts! You cant beat free shipping and returns either.
3 stars: The app freezes on the opening white and black stripes 60% of the time when I open the app, which pushes me to use their full site most of the time. Since they make some products app-exclusive, I wish it was more reliable. Never had any issues once I'm able to get past the home screen, however.
5 stars: Sephora's is great for me! I never have issues. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff guide you and teach you about your beauty and skin health needs. Always my go-to guys. The app is easy to navigate even for someone not familiar with technology. I give it an 👍👍💖
4 stars: The app is great, no bugs or glitches, but there used to be an option to look for a specific color of lipstick and other makeup, and now it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Very disappointing bc thats the part I use most in the app.
