4 stars: Bad: This app is reading your SMS data and has SMS permission by default even if you deny it in Android settings. Good: Service is pretty good in most places in India and prefer it compare to competitors. New features like Ola money n postpaid are really handy and adding the icon to home screen helps as I don't have to turn on location for it anymore.
5 stars: Nice I like this app very much I can easily book any ride which is suitable for me. After download this app I book a mini car for my older brother to pick up his from the airport and the which he shows the time in the mini cab the cab exactly enter the same time in the outside the airport. It shows it is very trusted and punctual at there works
3 stars: Latest updates has mapping issues, my current location is mostly miscalculated by the app. After conversation with driver's got to know that they are experiencing the same issue with other customers.
3 stars: Experience is good but rates are not fix which reflects on the screen, rates increases by the time we reach our destiny, it's ok, but it has to be informed to the passengers that rate is increasing on what we have booked.
