5 stars: Very useful I find since using the bus service. It's not updated yet to the restored bus times on Monday. But no doubt you will catch up. Still give it 5 as I know it does the job very well. The app saves time and one can plan in advance. I still drive, but enjoy the walk at my old age in retirement. Bus gives me freedom I find. The car can be a pain at times parking.
4 stars: This is a new app to me and I already use EZ Fare and Transit and I don't see a way to connect to the EZ Fare app so I can use my bus pass that's already active. Also I don't see my city on the transit agency list just Cleveland. It needs more personalized location. Not sure if I even need to use this app. Don't see the need or use for another transit app.
4 stars: Updating, The bus out my way has gotten alil better. In the am the bus comes close to on time. I just hate when it dont come an u hav to wait 4 next one. But its better. Once they get a handle on this darn virus it should be good. Keep up the good work , I know its hectic but keep trying to make it better. Thank you, God Bless.
4 stars: It reports approaching bus times accurately, except when the bus falls behind the scheduled time of arrival. Then it disappears as if it has passed the bus stop. In spite of that, the ease of use keeps me using it as my main guide for public transport.
