5 stars: Very fast pick-up time and overall friendly drivers with cheap prices. Never had ANY issues using the app. I'd say the app is underrated but I like it that way since if it is overflowing with users, it's not going to handle well. Better than Grab. Drivers are always friendly and to me, this is very important as I have anxiety and having good drivers with good attitude helps a lot. 10/5
