4 stars: Missing something..... I really enjoy the navigator app and look forward to being able to use it on board again sometime. One thing I really miss, I really really miss, is the ability to track HAL ships on the navigator app. It seemed to just go away \u0026 is sorely missed!
4 stars: Worked especially well to meet up with husband. Liked that we could see the pictures without having to search for them. Many great features. It would be helpful to be able to see the pics after the cruise and also if the times for dining were on the app.

5 stars: Wonderful way to connect to what is happening on board the HAL cruise ship. As another feature it simplifies booking shore excursions and l really liked the access it provides to the NY Times.
3 stars: It would be so much better if the chat feature had an audible notification when you received messages. Otherwise it was hit or miss with the Wi-Fi. I guess the only other thing was the time difference on the ship and my phone didn't always sync up correctly. The app needed to be refreshed daily to work best.
