5 stars: Super easy to use for both buying and selling the diagram of seats is really helpful and it even suggests if it thinks the seats are a good deal or not. I've used it for 5 NFL games and a Comedy show and I have had ONLY positive experiences with the app. I know this sounds like a sponsored review but I just Really like this app.

5 stars: Got a full refund by just emailing the support email after a band I wanted to see canceled due to Covid, even after being super busy. Also had to do nothing through/with seatgeek for a band that rescheduled their show for next year. Very helpful and honest concert/show ticket vendor!
5 stars: I've always loved how up front they are with their prices and I've never had a problem finding my tickets or using the app. for most venues they have seating charts so you get an idea of how your seats will be. in general much better than other ticketing apps.
3 stars: I purchased tickets for an event and the Meet and Greet portion didn't show up on my phone only the actual seat tickets. Needless to say, I was highly upset. Not sure if I will use this app again... it's a 50/50 right now. That's why I only gave them 3 stars. However, with that said, the seats were really awesome 👍.
