5 stars: Wonderful app. It's true that it's hard to take a few minutes for yourself every day, but this app makes it so easy. The meditations I've used so far are 10 minutes or under. And I feel much better afterward. There are meditations free with the app, and an option to subscribe for the full library. I have not yet subscribed but may choose to do so. The annual subscription totals less than $1.00 per week.
5 stars: I really like that you can take your time to feel the levels of intensities you need to rate and stay in that moment as long as you need to assess it without breaking your focus... the soothing background music isn't interrupted and the recorded guidance continues flawlessly as if it was live with you. A very thoughtful process making the experience more profound. I am grateful. TY.
5 stars: These are very simple exercises and they deliver big results. It's easy to ignore them but when you do remember to do them, it makes you very happy. The Ortners (the app's developers and expert tappers) provide a wonderful visual to guide you through the tapping process and it is easy!
