3 stars: Glad NTC Premium is free and I've started trying out some of the workouts. The app is snappy and one of the better workout apps out there that I've seen. As of the 03/26/2020 update I haven't been able to play any of the videos, which defeats the purpose of NTC Premium. Anyone else having similar issues?
4 stars: This app is my favorite fitness app to use. Unfortunatly the glitches are getting worse. When I want to start a new workout after I have downloaded it and press start it gives me a black screen. I have to open and close the app a few times before it works. Sometime the count down and the visual do not match or the visual doesn't play properly. This is really starting to become annoying to the point where I'd rather use another app.
5 stars: An amazing software, an interface that designed for highly effective workouts. It is also very suitable especially for those who want to gain condition at home. Maybe if it worked internally with Spotify, we wouldn't have to use separate softwares at the same time. I hope this update will be done soon. I sincerely thank the creator team as a yoga enthusiast.
4 stars: I really like the app, it's a good motivator and the workout plans really help. I would like if you could remove high impact exercises or pick modified versions as I have hyper mobility and have to avoid high impact to protect my joints. I would like to target the same muscles and know how to alter those exercises so it isn't high impact
