4 stars: Ever since the update, I can't even open the app. It just hangs on the logo page and does nothing else. Please fix ASAP. ETA 03/18/2020: the issue has been fixed. I had to completely clear the data and reinstall the app, but it's working great now. My brother and I think the data was corrupted somehow.
5 stars: Signed up as a driver, everything was approved. Signed into the driver app, input the city and NOTHING! It just sits there and does absolutely nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. The HELP menu is also unavailable in the app. Forced the app to stop, restarted phone, tried signing back in and now \
4 stars: It's a good app but the maps sometimes direct you to dead ends and gated area. Also directs to known closed roads. It will save time if you can add a pop up message like road closed before you drive a km to the dead-end. Is it possible to to add a button for real-time updates which might useful for like road closures, and accidents, it save time considering the number of Uber vehicles that are on the roads.
3 stars: The app is always buggy on android. At times I am missing earnings info, but it does come back by the end of the day. I cannot do quests, it just gives an error message. The navigation tries to take me the wrong way sometimes. Also not fond of the amount Uber takes from fares. More should go to the driver.
