3 stars: Based on my experience in the last 3 days: It keeps saying there's an error - when you're trying to open your account page (and all options in it), when you're trying add a discussion in a product, or chat with the seller. Updating the app doesn't help - it keeps saying there's an error.
5 stars: I've been using Tokopedia for about 3 years, and it's really good e-commerce app. The UI isn't confusing, so the newcomers will find it very easy to navigate on the app. Keep it up, dev! 👌
4 stars: so far so good. i really enjoy this mobile app. very stable and smoothly when you scrolling something in search results. but the negative feedback is korean cover is annoying for me. remove it, it's a trash. and you'll get 5 stars!

4 stars: You gotta be kidding me Tokopedia. Whenever I open this app, it just keeps crashing. This always occurs after 10-20 seconds after I open the app. Tokopedia, please fix this problem!. I really don't like using the web version. I will add 5 stars if you fix the problem. Edit: It's fixed now.
