5 stars: Great way to make my Sephora purchases. Prefer this to buying in store as there are so many products that it's nice to see the reviews before buying vs buying whatever just looks nice. The app also lets you know about any promos or discounts so it's a great way to see what's on sale.
3 stars: App doesnt always expand /load details of products which is annoying. Even the search function isn't great. Navigation could improve slightly. Dont like that when using the website it tries to force me to use the app because I have it installed. If I wanted to use the app I would. Decent app but I rarely search on it. Quick and easy for final payments.
4 stars: I love Sephora and all it has to offer, but I wish the app was a little easier to navigate. It's hard to find their promos. Sometimes things disappear from your cart. And taking the quizzes don't seem to navigate me any further into my products search. That being said no matter what I love Sephora!
5 stars: Too easy to spend money! Easy to navigate, search results are fast, easy checkout. I love that I can search my purchase history way way back. Everything I need get exactly what I want.
5 stars: Honestly easy to use as an app, good for basic window shopping as well and being able to research a product before buying. Easy to keep track of points and rewards you could get. Shipping and handling always done very well never had an issue with it.
