5 stars: The app was responsive and user friendly. The concierge chat feature was fantastic. I'm amazed by what can be done. Tours, personal recommendations to event photography, upgrades, backstage passes for Lady Gaga. They really tailor to your needs.
4 stars: very useful app before and during stays. can get very fast online response for travel planning. one caveat is the booking function ux is strange, because if you want to go one step back (e.g. looking for room detail) you can easily abort the process and have to start all over again

3 stars: Nice options, but I see all the testing messages from 2016 for the company that actually sells the app platform. Looks like Four Seasons bought the platform and forgot to hide the dummy text that fills in parts of the app
