4 stars: Loved the app but there's room for improvement. 1. Everyone one may be signup via mobile number but i should not be able to see everyone ones phone number. Some people from upper management don't wanna share their personal contact info to the whole team. 2. If added kanban board projects with these chats like asana and trello, it will beat all the project management tools surely.
5 stars: Clean, crispy experience. Text, voice, video. It's like WhatsApp without Facebook selling your information. Microsoft might use your information, not 100% sure, but they have a better privacy record. Also see Microsoft's texting app SMS Organizer. No more Google reading my texts.
5 stars: Good tool but need improve more in funny sticker and also need to have Desktop apps on computer too.
4 stars: It's actually a very good start. The most important things missing are widgets. I don't want to describe them because I don't need to. Check out your competitors' widgets. Kaizala has not even one. Direct message is very important for many people.
5 stars: Beats WhatsApp for Business by light-years. Made suitable for remote teams, especially those that work on the field. Very well thought through and I'm hoping for more actions to add value in multiple industries
