4 stars: Prices are ok. But the customer service was great. I was charged twice for the same plan, and a little chat with the service rep via Whatsapp was all it took to reserve it.
3 stars: Although I wasn't able to get connected for the entire duration of my trip because I need replacement for my microchip and it's too late to request prior to my departure, I have to commend their good customer service, very responsive to emails regarding my concerns. And since I already paid for my plan, they promised to replace and deliver replacement free of charge. 👍
