3 stars: Generally good. I fly frequently and always use the app. But recently the payment functionality is broken recently. Voucher payments don't work and neither does credit card. I can add it but can't proceed and there's no errors
2 stars: Hangs on the loading screen (with the jet flying) whenever I try to make any change to my flight during the payment processing stage. Very annoying, have to use a laptop instead
