5 stars: Love using the app! It makes check in so much easier and faster with the option to check in via the app instead of following those long airport ques and it allows you to access your boarding pass with ease for scanning and finding your seat!
5 stars: app doesn't work just goes into a waiting mode. Website also keeps switching to R9 sale. won't go to checkin
4 stars: Convenient app. Never had an issue but the flight attendants on flight FA474 need to check their attitudes especially the young lady with the weird granny glasses. All I got were looks of disdain for no reason. Quit if you don't enjoy your job and give the professionals a chance...

3 stars: I would love to give you more stars, I used you app for sometime now and it worked perfectly, but suddenly I cant see any prices when I go in to see when I can make a booking. Now I'm missing out on specials ext.

2 stars: It clearly shows my flights on the home screen, but when I wish to check-in it says 'no flights loaded' and if I click on any of the other options, like 'see details' it just loads. Our internet connection is fine and all other sires and apps work without issue. Perhaps I just chose a bad day to use the app...
