3 stars: Since last two months, I've been experiencing trouble in using this App for adding money and pay off dues for Prepaid account.I have severel times reminded the Company but they have not been able to resolve this issue.I request you to look into this issue and remove the bug, if any. 5 stars: The app is good but it does run slowly sometimes. Also, a dark mode or in simple words, a dark user interface would be greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, I really love this app as this app has helped me do multiple trips to the hospital and a trip to the blood bank without any hassle when my father was admitted to the hospital. 3 stars: After the latest app update in Dec 2019, there is some bug in the app. After booking the ride, the details disappear. When I go to 'your rides -\u003e scheduled ride -\u003e track ride', it does not open the ride details, rather it takes back to booking page. If I try to book again it says you have an on-going ride, but I can neither see the ride details nor track it. The only option I am left with is to cancel the ride. Please fix this.
