5 stars: Allowed me to open and edit a docx . Also allowed me to add a picture in jpeg format to said docx format. It can save to the cloud for free or on phone. Ads not intrusive in the time I used it (15 mins to do form). Much better than another free mobile software I tried to use. Have this for pc instead of MS 365 so should've realised it would be easy and effective.
4 stars: It's easy and fairly intuitive. I don't like that the save default is online, however. There doesn't appear to be a setting for the default save location, to override. Also -- there is no control over the zoom level - it's all or nothing. So, I continually search for a replacement.
5 stars: Really enjoy using this app. Previously used the Microsoft stuff (Word \u0026 Excel) but can't fault WPS. I Should mention that I only use WPS for pretty basic stuff like spreadsheets and my CV but for what I use it for, it's perfect. Customer service has always been spot on. If I've ever had an issue I've contacted them via email and they've always resolved my issue promptly. Highly recommended.
