5 stars: This app tremendously helps me workout at home when i don't have time to go to the gym but need to keep my routine consistent. I usually go to the gym 3 times a week. It is best change the exercises so that the body doesn't get used to same thing over and over. This app provides me with different exercises for home and gym. I love it.
