3 stars: I've been using this app for a long time and its...served me well. Lately though some messages send but don't deliver. I restart my phone and that isn't the solution nor the problem. I uninstalled and installed the app and it works better. I can't keep doing that every time it doesn't send when I think it well. What's happening? Had anyone else experienced this?
4 stars: I dont know what's happening but all my messages are gone, before they disappeared I was unable to message any if the chats and it told me to check my internet connection, all other apps are working fine and connected to the internet.. I dont know what happened, perhaps it needs updating, has anyone else suffered this problem? Normally the app is perfect and works very well but I'm unsure how to rectify the problem.

3 stars: Usually the app allows you to change your font, when adding text to an image, video, or more. But now, it only gives you one font choice, which isn't great. Also, the app doesn't want to send messages or show the profile pictures of some people, it seems. Very frustrating!!
