3 stars: sometimes my current location is not accurate. it about 1km-2km away from my exact location. at first i thought it was my gps problem. but when i open google maps and waze, both are fine and showed accurate location. please fix this
3 stars: Having problem with a reduced heat spot for heatmap. Im left with 10-20% from the exisiting heat spot. Not getting any customer with area with no heat spot. Same problem when when login with Iphone7+
4 stars: Everything is ok except: 1. The apps pop back to its page while Im navigating using 3rd party maps when new jobs coming in. Im on maps and still driving. Its important for me or any driver to concentrate on driving \u0026 and our maps. Just notify us. Its not like we driver can jump to another jobs right away. Please fix this. Very annoying and dangerous.
3 stars: So much hassle to update apps each week. Passenger cannot see grab driver is going towards their location and some bookings was cancelled. Loose revenue and waste petrol. No compensation from GRAB. Thanks
4 stars: Love it. Only wish the daily add on insurance will auto renew once the current insurance expire. Instead have to manually log off then login again
