3 stars: When i first using it, it so smooth and had no errors. But the time comes by and all suddenly the system started to had problems and errors when booking. The bank has debited, but i still don't have my ticket. This apps must be improve time by time, because i love this apps, it easy and simple. But like i said, must be improve more....
5 stars: The app is really easy to use and its keep updated from time to time. Facilitate people who is so busy to book it online. This app is also friendly because it keeps notify me things related with booking, so you don't have to worry if you forget ur booking.😊
4 stars: Till now my travelling journey is good with the redbus..but why I am not giving 5star, because in redbus app mentioned about the amenities of the particular bus. But every bus doesn't had those facilities- such as like charging point or provide water bottle. Some buses do, but some didn't. So don't play with the hope redbus. Mention exactly what they have and they provide. Thank you.
3 stars: This app is good but i will not give 5 star due to the bus services provided here are not flexible. Some destination can't get and at the end of the trip you might need to spend more money for another transit.
