3 stars: Pleasant enough experience. But even though I added my credit card and booked using it, the driver still insisted I pay in cash and my card was not charged.
5 stars: Seriously, don't even bother with cabs outside this app. 3 out of 3 cabbies connected via the app were nice and honest, while 3 out of 3 hailed curbside/via other dispatch were plain swindlers, inflating prices 2x plus. The app is reasonable. The only functionality I miss is there ability to schedule the ride in the near future (currently the cab is hailed immediately).
5 stars: Best taxi app in Istanbul. Uber charged me double for the same trip which i made 1st time with BiTaksi. This app is best 👌
3 stars: must wait long time to get a taxi and then the taxi cancels after waiting for 10 minutes, so u have to wait again
4 stars: It makes communication with Taxi easier for me as a foreigner, but sometimes it gives wrong location. I recommend putting messaging feature through the application, not just calling.
4 stars: Very nice app, convenient and easy to use. I had great service, it could use a few more features, but overall I'm really happy.
