3 stars: With the recent update, it's not possible to pay for extra by card. I tried to add luggage but it returns me to previous page, whereas website says the service is available. Please fix it
4 stars: The only thing wrong with the app is that as a Australian I need to get Visa checks fairly often. When I go to get my boarding pass it directs me to the website where I need to be on desktop to print the pass to then get the visa checked. Seems a fairly pointless process, but otherwise the functionality is all great.
3 stars: app is OK, but it doesn't allow to download the boarding passes. To download, you need to use the desktop version. So, the app isn't important anyway
5 stars: Very useable app. Also the self service bag check in was very quick, noticed huge queues at other airlines, even tho the volume going through ryanair was greater there was no wait. With online check in and self service bags it only took 25 mins.

5 stars: Today's flight from Torp to Stansted went very well. Absolutely no complaints. Only difficulty despite having premium seats and priority boarding there wasnt room to put our cabin bags in the overhead locker near to our seats, which meant we had to wait till everone else had left the plane.
