4 stars: Honest review. I live in Chicago and I like the app. The food portions for each restaurant very, some are large and some are small. It is all about trial and error. I found a good rotation of restaurants near me and I am very satisfied. Now the last couple of days I have had some issues with the app loading and navigating it can be tricky, but in general it works well.
3 stars: crashes often , makes it impossible to pick up your meal. the app worked long enough to take my subscription and place an order. the app also made it impossible to pick up that order edit** The app worked again after i went home for lunch synced my wifi to my phone, redownloaded the app and loaded up the app before i got to the restaurant. worked perfectly after that. upping it to 3 stars for average due to the inconvenience.
3 stars: The service is nice, but I just got the app yesterday so we'll see how cancellation goes in the future. The app does drain my battery though, my idle phone battery percentage went from ~2%/hour to ~4%/hour. Is there a way to optimise the app?
3 stars: Great business model. And it work! However app need a lot of work. UI is very confusing. And their server have a lot of trouble signing you in or service order during peak hour... Like when you want to reserve order in the morning and pick up food during lunch time.
