3 stars: Mixed feelings about this app. I like getting cash back but it takes an extremely long time to verify and I have had to manually claim a couple of missing caahbacks. However have just met minimum cash out level and received the money within 2 days into my bank which was excellent.
5 stars: I would rate it 5 stars, the cashout is so fast and efficient. ShopBack is easy to use and satisfied with the cashback from the merchants. Hope for more new merchants.
5 stars: The apps suddenly crashed and causing me a hard time to access my account back. Now I cant login my account at all. Please do something about this. 😡
4 stars: Cash backs are tracked well enough. One star deducted for spamming offers through push notifications even when I set it to never receive offers. Not cool Shopback.
3 stars: Takes a few months for the Cashback to validate. I haven't withdrawn any money yet nor reached the minimum for withdrawing. It claims to validate on July, September, October and August. Wait time is 4-5 months and that also depends on the app you bought from. Will change my ratings once they got validated and withdrawn.
5 stars: I'm so glad I discovered this app. The app was easy to use, its free and very helpful for those online shoppers like me. Thank you for this opportunity. :)
