3 stars: really useful app to keep track of your allowances and other phones on account....when it is working. It is too unreliable to check numbers on account as the app frequently says there are technical issues preventing you from getting full access to your account. come on Vodafone... you can do better than this. At least your network is more reliable.
5 stars: I love this app, it's so handy to have, I can check out everything to do with my BVP such as data and mins. the 24/7 chat is awesome. I would highly recommend you download it! you can also win amazing prizes with Veryme rewards! I did! I won gig tickets!!
3 stars: Vodafone have removed some of the functions on the app and you can't log problems anymore, so you are forced to wait in long queues for customer service. Status checker also not reliable. App not much use other than to check your data allowance.
5 stars: this app is user friendly and is full of perks and offers, none of which I've won so far, but hey, here's hoping! The new style app works great and is a breeze to navigate through. 5 stars Vodafone!!
3 stars: It does give me information like how minutes I've used and texts, but the data info is always out! Don't always believe what it says on the screen, don't get caught out. Ring the top up line, that is the true data figure.
