4 stars: To developers! Hi! I have one year subscription and I can't log in to my account from my new phone (Android 9). When I type my login and password in the app and hit 'login' button, it shows 'signing in' screen and nothing happens. I can't log in. please, fix the issue. Thanks!

4 stars: outstanding support.. any time i use the support link in the app i get great responce to address the problem. leaving bad reviews isn't the best way to get support. email support using the link in the app. they go out of there way to solve problems. the app works great with excellent quality.
3 stars: This app has a problem with notification sound in MIUI 10 for all xiaomi devices., when I received a message, it does not give a notification sound even though I set app notification sound enabled already , it has just the message pop up and vibration, no sound absolutely. Please fix it ASAP. Thank you.
