4 stars: Your High speed data gets exhausted unreasonably very fast because of which I am in the process of comparing your data service with that of other service providers. I came to you after leaving Airtel and Vodafone. Please make sure that your system of charging extra for additional data is reasonable. If not, customers like me will be forced to leave you.
4 stars: Data Pack for JioFiber is not present in Recharge options. I am only getting the option to recharge the 100 GB pack with a month's validity. The 40GB data pack option is not visible in the app, even though it is present on the website. I has to recharge with 100 GB because of that, even though the customer care asked me to not do that. Please fix this issue immediately.
3 stars: I've lost the payment once when I tried via upi. The page crashed and there was no trace of the transaction. When I looked up for it there were a lot of similar complaints. The bank said the payment had gone through whereas a representative from the company said the payment was declined. Tried to get a refund but to no avail. Apart from this, no issues whatsoever.
4 stars: please make easy for recharge like 500 mb for 84 days, 1gb for 84 days with minimise the rate from Rs 399. Please consider this view point and make it happen. If u hav done this then it will be benefit for whole India. It will be also benefit to those who are not able used the 1.5 gb per day. For them minimise is best. So again please consider it.
