5 stars: first time using it , but so far loving its on time live updates. I know my flight is on time, I know what gate I need to be at. Very efficient and easy to use.
4 stars: Fantastic!!! up to the minute updates on terminal and gate changes!!! Hotel, rental car, airport directions.
3 stars: it would be useful if it stopped showing me hotels 15 miles away and out of policy before it shows me ones where I want to be. otherwise ok.
3 stars: Try finding a contact number on this site, very frustrating when your at the airport and in a hurry to sort out connections

I appreciate the app keeping track of my itinerary but would really love it to help me confirm or reach out to hotels (like, start a call for me from my itinerary) or interface with airlines. i realize how hard these sorts of interfaces would be, but - wow - any help like this would be appreciated. And maybe the app does some of this but i haven't used it enough tio figure out how. !!
5 stars: This version of the app is so much more functional and user friendly than the previous grade school project version it replaced.
3 stars: Hi. The app seems to be useful. I've been using it for a couple of weeks only. However, if you add a hotel booking through the Concur system, the trip won't be updated in the app. So, it seems to work only when you create a new trip, but not when you modify them.
