5 stars: I was able to pick from a number of collage styles and choose a handful of different fonts and sizes and since a postcard from the u.s. to Czech Republic with ease. It cost me $0.50 more than I normally pay. I like to send postcards because I live in Vegas and I have family all over Europe. It's dying art and I love the fact that businesses like this exist.
3 stars: I received a code from Google for a free trial. Easy enough to use. I didn't log in, but entered my email for a copy of the order - which I haven't received. (But creating an account afterwards I can see my order.) I don't know whether my card has been received yet. (I'm not expecting tracking - it's a postcard.)
4 stars: it's a neat app to be able to customize your own postcard! I created one for my daughters while I was out of state on staycation! pretty easy to use and definitely had very quick shipping..like, within 12 hours they had it in the mail!! will definitely be using this app again!
