5 stars: I had my account all crisscrossed and out of sync between my ipad and phone. When all of my points and gems disappeared, I clicked the help box. someone replied right away and after 2 hours of email exchange, my points, gems and sanity were returned and all synced up. Awesome customer service in the middle of the night, for a really fun and actually rewarding game. We love the Wynn properties and can't wait to return. 5+ stars.
5 stars: outstanding customer support. they really go above and beyond. they are credit to the Wynns reputation. i had a problem where i lost my gems (panic mode) but they worked really hard and found that for some reason i had two versions of the game on different accounts. all fixed and I can now treat the wife to a surprise anniversary trip to vegas. i also love the games, live challenges, bonus chips. great game.
3 stars: graphics are unimpressive, games are only mildly interesting. Betting scale is awkward - 10, 50, 400, 2400? Payoff balancing needs work - not much fun in watching your coins just fall away spin after spin with no reward.
5 stars: Just started playing. Enjoying slots and challenges. Customer service is amazing! They got back to me within minutes, and answered question in detail. The fact that resort fees are waived on free rooms is a great perk too!!
