4 stars: This days Grab car drives are getting worst at their attitudes. There are drives who are drunk and rude. There is no action taken towards complaint given by the passengers. Just a money making transport company but when it comes to customers safety it is neglected.
3 stars: drivers accept call but not able to reach within the time given. instead, took almost one and a half times longer. please have a penalty for such cases. patient people will not be patient using this app if such issues persist.
3 stars: I am a regular user and i find that your price hike is completely a day light robbery, 2x the regular price it used to be for a 15-20 mins ride frm hm to work. completely disappointed in your pricing especially after Uber is out of the competition.
