5 stars: Amazing app, helped me with my ROCD
3 stars: I keep getting a notification encouraging me to practice *after* I've done a session. Also just a minor suggestion but 'crushing' negative thoughts is a somewhat anxiety-provoking metaphor. Otherwise this app seems helpful.
5 stars: AWESOME CBT app that should be held in the same esteem as Moodnotes! Why oh why isn't this mentioned in the same breath as Moodnotes? The game's principles is helpful for everyone in American society. Like Good Blocks, I use the principles to play "real-life GG/Good blocks". It trains our thought patterns and emotions away from modern society's negativity bias towards one of open curiosity and peace. I play this game along with Moodnotes on iPad to reframe and slowly change the colour of my life. The best proactive application of CBT (cognitive behavior therapy)!

4 stars: The app is extremely helpful for relationship doubts. I have used it through the end of a relationship that had got really unhealthy due to anxiety, then when I was single, and am now using it in the beginning of a relationship, and it is definitely helping me retrain my brain to increase feeling the good things about being with another person and reduce being trapped in fear about it. I am paying for the full version of the app monthly, but it still won't let me go past level 15 and hasn't for several months despite my subscription. The graphics and sounds are a lit...
