4 stars: Its great but... Its a really good guide but with some buildings they don't tell you your supposed to dig down a bit before building so your house ends up a couple blocks higher than the ground so it makes it look bad.It has good houses tho.
4 stars: Good - but not great... The buildings are amazing but it is hard to know how far you need to go into the ground for the blocks below the surface. Creative building techniques as well
