5 stars: Finds hundreds of sales in one area. Maps it for me and even gives driving directions. Make more sales in a day than I use to making a month!
4 stars: Don't like that it never let's me check Friday sales until after midnight. Not like that on my husband's phone.
4 stars: Navigation doesn't always work. But I love having an app that shows clusters of sales for better planning.

4 stars: Nice worked well for first time using it and was able to also find several sales in the area that were not 9n craiglist. There were 2 that when I got the home, there was no sale. I wish the tie in with mapquest was a little better. I didn't care for the jumping back and forth from app to mapquest. But over all I liked it and wish I had it 3 months ago.
5 stars: If looking up nearby sales for today is an "advanced feature" then the free version of the app is useless. People cancel sales due to weather and other reasons all the time. This used to be a realtime scraper but now to get current results you have to pay. There are better apps for free.
