3 stars: Android System WebView apk download - If this security update is designed for Chrome users, which I am not. Why are the updates needed? What is worse, is even if a question is posed to Google regarding a given update, one never receives a answer. I find this perplexing and demeaning. If you need to keep taking information from your users, fair enough. But a answer to a given question should not be above you. Until I get a answer, my rating will continue to fall.
5 stars: Android System WebView apk download - Mike x2 moto e's running 6 and 5.1 Sony tablet S running 4.0.3 No problems experienced. As I understand it, this app is actually a part of the phones operating system, it allows your phone to show web content. The reason it's separated out of the system is so that it can be updated for security reasons because most phone makers don't update the software often enough. I'm not experiencing any problems with it.
5 stars: - Are people retarded? This provides updates to the phone just the same as Windows 7, 10 etc require security and performance updates. Just because you don't notice anything new doesn't mean it's not doing anything or needed.
