5 stars: I enjoy Booksy Biz. It's easy to use and whenever I needed help the customer service was very helpful. And I love the boost feature. I have had multiple new clients find my profile and book with me.

4 stars: Good booking app, I occasionally have complaints from my clients that the app doesn't work on their phone, or that the app won't accept their bank card. But other than that, not bad.

2 stars: New to this app. Unsure if I will continue to use for my business. Whenever I try to manually schedule an appointment for a client, I receive an error message stating I must pick a service provider for the service. I am the only person/service provider on this account. Solo businesses. There is no where within the app for me to choose even myself as a service provider. I can't by pass this, therefor can't schedule my client. Frustrating!
