4 stars: It's nothing less than great, from every aspect. Just 2 features I really needed to be on it: 1st, the search bar within my page itself so that I could easily find an old post when needed. 2nd, the ability to add more than 10 pictures in both Facebook and Instagram in terms of business pages not personal profiles. I really need these, and I wish they'll be added very soon, thank you.
4 stars: Quite good app but with some improvements to be done. It needs a way to access Media Library to publish content, and it needs batch scheduling (create multiple posts based on a template instead of duplicating). It's also difficult to track which images have been posted before to prevent duplicate content, in case we're multiple people working on the same account.
3 stars: I always received very late messages from my customers. It's not as buggy and unstable as it was before. The first time I used this app, experience is great. I received messages and notifications right on time. I don't know what happens. Thought it was because my phone is laggy. So, I uninstalled and re-installed it again, but it's still unstable. Hope you fix this issue soon.
