5 stars: Love the app and browsing videos. But please fix the glitches! It's hard to pause videos, like videos, and click on notifications. Also, I'm not sure if it's my phone or connection but after browsing videos buffer constantly, it says I'm not connected to the internet, and just in general the app takes a while to load.
5 stars: The random bugs are a nuisance sometimes tbh. Like lagging sound/video when recording/duetting, frozen videos after recording (so you don't know if you need to do it all over again), not being able to find a sound (even though you type in the precise name of it), simply not loading. I clear the cache every day and i have a decent phone/connection, but it still is an issue Other than that, it works great 99% of the time.
4 stars: Although Tiktok you've done an amazing job. there are improvments that can be made yet that's the story of life. Rome was not build in day. No one gets 100% on every test they take. The areas that can use improvements in not only tiktok but all apps is designing initially to be accessible to as many people as possible. 🇨🇦🇨🇦
3 stars: It's good enough that I'll keep the app but, there are too many things they need to fix. There are times where it glitches and it says that a creator has no videos, or it will randomly remove people I'm following. It's super hard to pause/click on something and overall it's just super annoying. The videos are great but I would really like if these issues were fixed.
