5 stars: Fast service and awesome drivers. I've used GoPuff for about 20 ish orders so far and I had an issue with just 1 order but Gopuff immediately sorted the issue out and it was rectified in less than 20 minutes. Doesn't get better than that! Also since the deliverys are free with the
4 stars: I absolutely love go puff. I use it almost every night to get my favorite snacks and drinks. The only thing I'd like to note is I wish they had just a little more stuff available other than food, for example they sell utensils but not chopsticks. Other than that this app is perfect, I love the tracking part especially.
4 stars: Couldn't add card on no matter how many times I tried. Edit : managed to put through online and now on second order, card details ready on the app. Annoying on the first occasion, but no problem on the second.
2 stars: I was initially impressed, but then the flaws started. Delivery people are incompetent and can't find a simple address. Their refund system is complicated. Delivery time is very good but other than that, sorry, sticking with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. More professional.
